The Passion Behind Ayanna Cares In Home Care Services
Ayanna Cares
was founded in 2002 by Dwayne and Ayanna to provide families in need of adult care for the elderly and physical disabled. The idea for our business came from Ayanna's experience when her mother was ill. Ayanna's mother was in a convalescent home and she suffered from elderly abuse and neglect. Their family made the decision to have her mother live with them. With her mother home with family, they knew she was being taken care of. Ayanna's mother has since passed away and with her blessing, she has found her calling to help others live more comfortably.
We have not yet encountered a typical day, however, there are a few tasks that are done daily. We schedule client interviews in the morning, follow up with our caregivers to ensure clients are comfortable and satisfied. We run errands for clients, answer phone calls, network, then end the day with whatever demands that are pending for that day.
