To whom it May Concern:
Experiencing a fall that interfered with my active life and required someone to Care for me in my eighties Was new to me. At the same time I discovered that I would no longer be able to drive. Family and associates helped when possible but it became obvious that I needed more assistance and transportation to meet my needs. Concurrently I began efforts to leave Orange County and most to Long Beach whew my son and his family reside.
While interviewing several individuals my son informed me of Ayanna Armstead who resided in his area and who's company was well known in several communities for providing home care services for elderly and physically handicap patients. Upon interviewing her I quickly realized that she understood and respected my personal needs including my home and family and I hired her!
While still in Orange County, and my family was unable to accompany me, Ayanna provided transportation and assistance during my health appointments. In addition she and her staff some times assisted with providing my meals. When my house sold she assisted me in preparing to leave and helped me relocate to a "new to me" home in Long Beach. when I needed her she was always available!
I feel very grateful to have had Ayanna as my caregiver.
1. She is open and kind in sharing herself.
2. She is a good listener and accepts who you areas well as your views.
3. 1 would unquestioningly hire her if something else happened to me.
4. She respects family members from all backgrounds and encourages maintaining contacts.
5. I trust her in my home.
6. She is excellent in dealing with all kinds of people, organizations and businesses
7. It has been a pleasure to recommend her to others and I will continue to do so.
If you are in need of physical or emotional help and are considering daily assistance I urge you to contact Ayanna.
Sincerely,
